“pgs” and related services refer to the client applications legally owned and operated by Pivot Solutions Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we"), with the names "pgs", pgs.com website and SaaS application platform. Self-starting scene description (Android only): We implement the following function scenarios through the widget component, do not perform any business functions in the state of not logged in, and perform the corresponding business functions when the device fails in the login state. Using widgets will have a certain frequency to send broadcasts through the system to wake up the application process from start-up, because of the implementation of functions and business is necessary.
Additional services based on location information: When you open the location function of the mobile device through the system authorization and use the location-based service, we will use your location information to obtain time information from the Internet to synchronize to the gateway device, so that you can use the timing scene function, otherwise your "timed scene" function will not be realized.

1.1 Registration and registration
a.pgs Pro is an IoT application client that needs to be used with the “gateway” (physical), equipment (devices, such as lamps, switches, sensors, etc. that conform to the ZigBee protocol or DALI protocol or other IoT communication protocols). There is only one master account and multiple sub-accounts on the gateway, and the sub-account can only be created by the main account, so the user does not need to register the account, the account does not involve the user's personal mobile phone number, directly log in to the default main account on the gateway can use this product and related services.
b. The process of logging requires a gateway to exist and the mobile phone and the gateway are in the same local area network, pgs Pro mainly interacts with the data of the gateway, which does not involve the transmission of the user's personal information (mobile phone number, SMS and other private content).
1.2 Gateways and equipment
1.2.1 Search gateways and devices
a. Before you add or search for gateways, devices (luminaires, switches, sensors, etc.), you need to make sure that the phone and gateway are on the same local area network, so we will ask you to authorize the location information, WiFi status. If you refuse to authorize the provision, you will not be able to use this feature, but it will not affect your normal use of PGS Pro's other features.
b. We will detect the WiFi name of your mobile phone's current connection in the silent/backend status to ensure that the phone and the gateway are on the same local area network, so as to ensure that the APP can control the lamps and other devices normally.
1.2.2 Change of Regions and Scenarios
a. When you need to change or update images of a region or scene, we ask you to authorize camera and album permissions. If you refuse to authorize the provision, you will not be able to use this feature, without affecting your normal use of PGS Pro's other features.
1.3 Operation and safety operation/guarantee
1.3.1 Operational and safety functions
We are committed to providing you with safe and reliable products and use environment, and providing quality and reliable service is our core goal. In order to maintain the normal operation of our services and protect the legitimate interests of you or other users or the public from loss, we collect the necessary information to maintain the safe and stable operation of our products or services.
1.3.2 Device information and log information
a. In order to ensure the safe operation of the software and services, the quality and efficiency of the operation, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version number, device identifier (Android such as IMEI, Android ID, OAID, IMSI, ICID, MEID, iOS such as IDFV, IDFA; different identifiers in terms of validity, whether it can be reset by the user and different in terms of access), network device hardware address (MAC address), IP address, Bluetooth (Bluetooth), software version number, network access mode, type, state, network quality data, network quality data.
b. 3.2 Transfer of

MacAddress for the gateway you purchased: When you add a gateway using a mobile phone search, we need to keep the gateway’s MacAddress on a continuous basis in order to provide you with normal services.
The equipment you purchase (lights, switches, etc.): When you use your mobile phone to search for the addition of the device, we will report and store the device's electricity consumption and status information, so that you can know the power consumption and status of the device in real time.
5. How we protect personal information
5.1 We take the security of your personal information very seriously and will strive to take reasonable security measures (including technical and administrative aspects) to protect your personal information from being improperly used or unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, loss or leakage.
5.2 We will use encryption technology, anonymization and related reasonable and feasible means to protect your personal information, and use security protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on your personal information.

6.2.2 Access to equipment and gateway information

6.3 Cancellation of account
If you want to log off your account, you can use PGS Pro - "Settings" - "Gateway Editing" - "Restore Factory Settings", after the gateway restores factory settings, your account will be destroyed and cannot be restored.

You can view the full contents of this Privacy Policy on the Settings-Privacy page at the settings-Privacy settings page or at www.PGS.sg on the www.PGS.sg page after logging in to the app for the first time, or after signing in to the gateway.
7. Minors' provisions
a. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy before using PGS Pro and related services, under the supervision and guidance of your parents or other guardians.
b. If you are a guardian of a minor under the age of 14, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy for your guardian before using PGS Pro and related services.
